Well back here...bought #04 long time ago love e bold colors....I wear it during cny period n I gt nice feedback so love it!!! Den I came across Himeko blog n realize tt e official website seems to remove both #03 n #04 so I quickly grab #03!!!!
I gt it frm watsons at S$32.90 the price is quite steep for a small palette but it's frm tsubasa!!!! But but but ur can get it frm blingalways too, at a much cheaper price....bt they do not have instock for this if I'm not wrong, so you have to wait for spree and wait!!!...I'm too impatience and wanted to own it NOW so I wasted more bucks :(
Anyway, no doubt on e quality!!! It's pigmented for #04!!! jus 2swipe n I'm done!!! Easy to blend too!!!
Have not tried #03...bt I tink the quality will be good too!!! Love the packaging too!! so cute!! And it is so convenient to bring it around with me!!!
